Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no role to play in the alleged incident as has been enumerated in the FIR and he has been falsely implicated in the present case. Moreover, nothing is to be recovered from the petitioner. He is ready to join the investigation.

As per investigation agency, video regarding child pornography was uploaded from Facebook account "Preet Gill" and the mobile No. 70091-43383, which was used for creating the facebook SHAM SUNDER 2022.12.19 10:42 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

 



 account, is registered in the name of the petitioner. Heard.

As per the allegation, the petitioner is indulging in heinous crime of child pornography, which is a very grave offence and serious in nature. There are specific allegations against the petitioner for committing the offence. Custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary to unravel truth and for the recovery of mobile phone, which was used for creating the facebook account.

In view of above, this Court does not deem it a fit case for exercising its discretionary power to grant bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, the present petition fails being devoid of merits. Dismissed.
