RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J. (ORAL) This appeal has been filed by the wife against the order dated 08.12.2017 passed by the Family Court, Bhiwani by which her marriage has been dissolved in terms of the provisions of Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 (for short "the Act").

Learned counsel for the parties have brought to the notice of this Court a compromise entered into between them before the learned District and Sessions Judge, Jhunjhunu (Rajasthan) on 04.09.2018. A copy of the same is taken on record as Annexure A-1. They have prayed that this appeal may be disposed of in terms of the said compromise dated 04.09.2018.

We order accordingly.
