RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. r/w Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. for setting aside the impugned order dated 02.09.2022/07.09.2022 (P-10) passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhiwani, whereby respondent No.2 was granted concession of anticipatory bail in FIR No.423, dated 24.07.2022, under Sections 306/34 IPC, registered at Police Station City Bhiwani, District Bhiwani (P-1). Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the same Court which had granted the bail.

Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid with a direction that if the petitioner files an application for setting aside the impugned orders, the concerned Court is requested to decide the same expeditiously in accordance with law.
