**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India for issuance of direction to respondent Nos.2 and 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondent Nos.5 to 8 and to take appropriate action on the representation dated 03.07.2024 (Annexure P-2).

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to take all other appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law. Without adverting to the merits of the case, at this stage, prayer is accepted.
