Petitioner Ms. Neetu Ahlawat, working as Professor in the department of applied physics with Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar, District Hisar is feeling aggrieved by the order dated 9.11.2021 vide which she has been allotted official House No. D-01 (Ground Floor), which according to her is below her entitlement which as a matter of act is of 'F' Type. On that account she has refused to occupy the same but the authorities concerned have threatened to take disciplinary action against her on that account, as such she has approached this Court by way of filing the instant writ petition. Another grouse of the petitioner is that the accommodation allotted to her is not by following the Rules.

for respondent University and going through the record, I find that the dispute between the parties is quite narrow and this writ petition can be disposed of by issuing appropriate directions to respondent No. 1 University and Chairman, House Allotment committee, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar, District Hisar arrayed as respondent No. 3.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents No. 1 and 3 to consider the claim of the petitioner for allotment of official accommodation to her as per her entitlement under House Allotment Rules and Regulations of Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar, copy Annexure P-7 within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till then the petitioner be allowed to retain the accommodation where she is putting up presently. (H.S.
