***** KARAMJIT SINGH, J (ORAL) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made a statement that the present revision petition has become infructuous as the application filed by the petitioner under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC was dismissed and even the appeal filed against the said order has also attained finality and both the said orders are under challenge in separate revision petition.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the said assertion made by learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
