3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J . (Oral) The appellant is working as a Post Graduate Teacher-cumLecturer-in-Political Science in School Cadre. She was transferred to Government Senior Secondary School, Jyotisar, District Kurukshetra on 20.04.2016. Just after three months or so, vide order dated 06.08.2016 one Kiran Bala was posted in place of the appellant. The aggrieved appellant approached this Court.

With the intervention of the learned Single Judge, the appellant has been temporarily adjusted in the office of the District Education Officer at Kurukshetra for the reason that Kiran Bala was posted at Jyotisar on the assumption that post of PGT/Lecturer-in-Political Science at Jyotisar was lying vacant. It was not noticed that the appellant was already posted there. While the appellant is adjusted in the office of the District Education Officer, Kurukshetra on temporary basis only, she has produced a certificate dated 22.09.2016 to the effect that one Smt.Indu Sharma working as Mohinder Kumar Kamboj 2016.10.19 14:12 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

LPA Nos.2013 of 2016 (O&M) [2] Lecturer-in-Political Science and posted in government Girls Senior Secondary School, Thanesar (Kurukshetra) is going to retire on attaining the age of superannuation on 31.10.2016.

Since another vacancy will become available very soon, there appears to be no impediment against adjustment of the appellant and/or Kiran Bala at Jyotisar and Thanesar, District Kurukshetra, keeping in view the administrative exigencies We thus dispose of this appeal with a direction to the respondent-authorities to re-verify the facts and take an appropriate decision regarding posting of the appellant in a School where her services can be availed as PGT/Lecturer-in-Political Science. It shall be appreciated if appropriate orders are passed keeping in view the ensuing vacancy arising in district Kurukshetra.

Ordered accordingly.
