Learned counsel for the caveator-respondent No.4 contends that a compromise has been effected inter se between the parties and has filed a photocopy thereof, which is taken on record as Mark "X". Learned counsel for the appellant has stated that he has no instructions in this regard. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the caveatorrespondent No.4 and the compromise (Mark "X"), we deem it appropriate to dispose of the appeal considering the factum of settlement inter se between the parties.
