Learned counsel for petitioners submits that petitioners will be satisfied if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent-Vice Chancellor, Chaudhary Bansi Lal University, Bhiwani to consider representations dated 28.06.2019 and 03.08.2019 Annexures P-8 and P-9 respectively in terms of letter dated 27.06.2019 (Annexure P-4) within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioner, I deem it appropriate to direct 2nd respondent-Vice Chancellor, Chaudhary Bansi Lal University, Bhiwani to consider representations dated 28.06.2019 and 03.08.2019 Annexures P-8 and P-9 respectively in terms of letter dated 27.06.2019 (Annexure P-4) within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and shall pass a speaking order thereon, failing which respondent No.2 shall be liable to pay costs of PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.09.23 17:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
