Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submit that petition was filed for quashing of criminal complaint No. 194 of 2015 dated 19.10.2015 titled as 'Gurpret Singh Ahluwalia vs Angad Deep Singh and others' under Sections 499 and 500 IPC. Said compliant has now been withdrawn by the complainant and in that regard detailed order dated 06.04.2023 has been RIYA 2023.04.29 12:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document passed by learned trial Court allowing the complainant to withdraw the

CRM-M-45960-2022 CRM-M-43131-2022 (O&M) -22023:PHHC:060813 complaint.

True copy of the said order dated 06.04.2022 has also been placed on record by learned counsel for the petitioner(s). Same is taken on record. Registry is directed to tag the same at appropriate place. 3.

Counsel also submits that in view of the fact that complaint itself already stands withdrawn, which has been admitted by the counsel for the complainant present before this Court also, present petition(s) may be disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. 4.

In view of the stand taken here above, present quashing petition(s) is rendered infructuous.
