Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider and appoint the petitioner to the post of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) as per advertisement no.02/2023 dated 21.02.2023 under the BC-A category.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner belongs to BC-A category, but inadvertently applied under General category, the same needs to be corrected since it was an unintended mistake. Despite submission of representation, no action has been taken by the respondents to decide the same. He further submits that, at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide her pending representation, dated 11.08.2023 (Annexure P-9), in a time bound manner.

Mr. Sanjeev Kaushik, Addl. AG, Haryana, appearing on advance notice, submits that the pending representation, dated 11.08.2023, shall be decided by respondent No.2 expeditiously. 5.

In view thereof, without going into merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2/Secretary, Haryana Staff Selection Commission, to consider and decide the pending representation dated 11.08.2023, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
