The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.26, dated 19.02.2020, registered under Sections 323, 324, 341 and 34 IPC (challan presented under Sections 326, 324, 341, 201 and 34 IPC, Annexure P-6) at Police Station City-1 Malerkotla, District Sangrur. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
