LISA GILL, J.(Oral) Various allegations have been raised in this writ petition to the effect that the auction process conducted on 06.06.2025 by Municipal Committee, Jaitu, District Faridkot in respect to auction of 05 tenders as detailed in para 6 of the writ petition, is absolutely illegal and entire proceedings were effectively high-jacked by a few people. Genuine bidders, including the petitioner, who claims to be a prospective bidder, were not permitted to participate in the proceedings. 2.

Upon a direct query, learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to point out any complaint or representation which may have been YAG DUTT 2025.07.30 18:54 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment

CWP No.21320 of 2025 -2submitted by the petitioner or any other prospective bidder, before the authorities or any action taken to challenge the said auction proceedings. 3.

Faced with the same, learned counsel for petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the remedies available to him in accordance with law, including the liberty to pursue the matter with the competent authority. 4.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
