(ORAL) Through this appeal, claimant has sought enhancement of compensation, modifying impugned award dated 07.02.2017 of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Sirsa (in short 'the Tribunal'). Learned counsel for both the parties submit that according to compromise in between them, respondent No.3-Insurance Company would pay lump sum `30,000/-, which includes interest component over and above `53,000/- awarded by the Tribunal, to the appellant-claimant. Heard.
In view of above, respondent No.3 - Insurance Company, through its counsel is directed to deposit the aforesaid enhanced amount of compensation before the learned Tribunal within one month from today for onward disbursement to the appellant-claimant, in accordance with law against proper receipt and identification.
