Present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatry bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 69 dated 11.6.2025 under Sections 109, 351(2), 351(3), 61(2) of BNS (Section 109 of BNS deleted and Section 125 of BNS added later on) and Section 25, 27 of Arms Act, registered at Police Station Bilga, District Jalandhar.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Vijay Kumar, submits that the petitioner has not joined the investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that despite his best efforts, he has not been able to contact with the petitioner. Thus, he prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 4.

Allowed to do so.
