**** ANOOP CHITKARA Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that due to the events in the interregnum, threat perception does not exist. He further prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in case threat perception arises in future.

Learned counsel for the State on instructions from ASI Jagar Singh, does not dispute the contention made by counsel for the petitioners. Given above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court and file a fresh petition in case any threat perception arises in future.
