........

SURYA KANT, J.

The appellant is working as Exempted Deputy Ranger in the Forest Department. He was placed under suspension on 17.09.2016 for defying the orders passed by the higher Authority. He approached this Court but the learned Single Judge has declined to interfere with the suspension order but granted him liberty to pursue his representation. We see no justification to interfere with the order of suspension which has been passed in administrative interest. However, the appellant is said to have submitted a representation (Annexure P3). We, thus, dismiss this appeal, clarifying that dismissal of writ petition or the appeal shall have no bearing on the sympathetic consideration of the appellant's representation.
