RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.34, dated 25.05.2024, under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Block Majari, District SAS Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous as petitioner has since been arrested on 27.08.2024 and hence the same may be dismissed as such. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Avtar Singh, also affirms the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner.
