HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.33 dated 14.02.2021 under Sections 323,341,427,506,295-A,148,149 IPC registered at P.S City-2 Khanna, District Ludhiana.

Vide order dated 29.11.2021, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Sarjangdeep Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of above, the petition is allowed. The order dated 29.11.2021 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
