(Oral) Since the appellant-management has already initiated Contempt of Court Proceedings against the authorities of the State of Punjab for their purported failure to comply with the directions issued by a Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.10.2012 passed in LPA No.920 of 2012 (Arya College, Ludhiana and another versus State of Punjab and others) and connected appeals, we dispose of this letters patent appeal with liberty to the appellant to raise all the issues involved herein, before the Contempt Court in the above-pending contempt proceedings. Needless to say that since the appellant has already availed the remedy as available in law, it shall be appreciated if the learned Contempt Court may resolve the issue sought to be now raised by the appellant. The appeal stands disposed of accordingly.
