With the consent of petitioner and respondent No.6 and also considering wishes and desire of Ishika Purba, her custody is handed over to her grandfather Sucha Singh in the Court. Ishika Purba who is young girl of 15 years of age is directed to remain in touch with her mother respondent No.6. With these observations, no further direction is required and the present petition is accordingly disposed of.
