As per the office report, notice issued to the sole appellant has been received back with the report that the address in the memorandum of appeal is incomplete.

The appellant has filed the present appeal through a learned counsel who is now a member of the Bench of this Court. After noticing this fact, a notice was issued to the appellant, however, on account of the aforesaid report, it does not appear to be practical to issue a fresh notice to the appellant.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present appeal is dismissed as non-prosecution with the liberty to the appellant to file an application for revival thereof.

The miscellaneous application(s) pending, if any, shall stand disposed of.
