On 02.12.2021, following order was passed by this Court:- "CM-18040-CWP-2021 and CM-18130-CWP-2021 Case is being taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Notice of the applications.
Mr. Tapan Kumar, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and states that he has no objection to the prayer for placing on record the documents attached to the applications.
In view of the statement of learned State counsel,
-2the applications are allowed. Documents attached thereto are taken on record subject to all just exceptions. Learned counsel contends that the DPC which was scheduled to meet on 11.11.2021, for consideration of eligible Inspectors for regular promotion to the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police, has been deferred, however the matter for making out of turn promotions to the post of Deputy Superintendent of Police, on the basis of recommendations received on 30.11.2021 is being actively considered, despite said candidates being juniors to the petitioners and the rules applicable providing for consideration for out of turn promotions to be made in the month of March every year.
Notice of motion.
Mr. Tapan Kumar, DAG, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and requests for an adjournment to file reply.
Adjourned to 02.02.2022.
In the meantime, promotions, if any, made on out of turn basis, would be subject to the final outcome of the writ petition."

The aforesaid order was followed by order dated 27.09.2002 which reads as:- "Counsel for the respondent-State submits that grievance of the petitioners stands redressed, as they have already been granted promotion to the post of DSP as reflected in the reply.
Copy of the reply has been furnished to the counsel appearing for the petitioners, who seeks time to get necessary instructions.
Adjourned to 14.11.2022.
To be shown in the urgent list.
A photostat copy of this order be placed on the file of each connected case."

Learned State counsel submits that grievance of the petitioners stands redressed as they have already been promoted as DSP. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitions may be disposed of, however, he may be granted liberty to file fresh petition or an application, if cause survives. 5.
In the wake of statement of both sides, the instant petitions stand disposed of with aforesaid liberty.
