RAJIV SHARMA,J Present appeal under Clause X of the Letters Patent is directed against order dated 06.10.2016 passed by learned Single Judge dismissing the writ petition filed by the appellant seeking quashing of reply dated 19.7.2016 vide which his request for admission in the PG Course of the Orthopedic Department has been rejected.

Vide order dated 24.10.2016, the appellant was permitted to be considered for admission in M.S Orthopedics provisionally. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of the present appeal, the appellant has already completed the curriculum as also the final examination in the month of October 2018 as a result the present appeal has been rendered infructuous.
