(Oral) Counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that since CRM No.40111 of 2022, filed by the co-accused Chattar Singh, praying for quashing of the same complaint, was withdrawn with liberty to approach the Court of Sessions in its revisional jurisdiction, he may also be relegated with the liberty to the petitioner to file a revision before the Court of Sessions.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. In case, the revision is filed within a period of 15 days from today before the Court of Sessions, the same will be decided on merits, without raising an objection with regard to the limitation.
