Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the crossversion case i.e. GD No.46 in FIR No.85 dated 26.05.2019 registered at Police Station Shahkot, District Jalandhar Rural, name of Boota Kalsi was specifically mentioned but the police is not taking any action against him. A representation (Annexure P-3) to this effect has been made to Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar Rural but no action has been taken. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to Senior Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar Rural to look into the grievance of petitioner as mentioned in representation (Annexure P-3) and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
