Lakhanpal, Advocate for Mr. Rajdeep Singh Gill, Advocate for respondent No.2. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to apprise the investigating agency about the true facts of the case especially that the FIR came to be lodged under some mistaken belief and that the misunderstandings have now been resolved. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Needless to mention, the investigating agency before filing the final report shall examine and look into all the factual aspects of the case and take a decision accordingly.
