This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing certain provisions of Teachers Transfer Policy, 2016 (amended as on 1.6.2017).

Learned State counsel contends that the impugned Transfer Policy has been repealed and replaced by Teachers Transfer Policy, 2023. 3.

In view thereof, the petition, as such, cannot be entertained and is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the Teachers Transfer Policy, 2023, if so advised.
