The appellant has filed the instant Letters Patent Appeal under Clause X of the Letters Patent against the impugned order dated 09.08.2016 passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby the writ petition bearing CWP15820-2014 filed by the petitioner was dismissed. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that he has got certain documents under the Right to Information Act, 2005. Accordingly, a prayer was made that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant appeal, with liberty to the appellant to approach the Writ Court by filing a review application, in accordance with law. 3.
Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the appellant to take recourse to the remedy, if any, as may be available to him, in accordance with law.

A copy of this order be forwarded to the respondents to avoid multiplicity of litigation.
