This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for for issuance of directions to the respondents No. 2 and 3 to decide the representation dated 28.06.2025(Annexure P-3) pending before respondent No.2 with a further prayer to direct respondent No.2 and 3 to conduct free and fair investigation in FIR No. 189 dated 26.12.2024 under Sections 424,448,511 IPC registered at Police Station Dinanagar District Gurdaspur. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioners have preferred a representation/complaint dated 28.06.2025(Annexure P-3) to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 28.06.2025(Annexure P-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
