The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.274, dated 25.12.2021, registered under Sections 406, 420 IPC at Police Station Kotwali Nabha, District Patiala, Annexure P-1 and subsequent proceeding i.e. Final Form Report dated 26.03.2023 under Section 173 Cr.P.C., Annexure P-2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take up all pleas at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law, as the case is now listed before the trial Court for framing of charges on 15.11.2023.
