Learned counsel for respondent No.4-Insurance Company states that respondent No.4 is willing to pay ₹50,000 over and above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal vide impugned award dated 29.01.2016.

Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions from the appellant who is present in Court, states that the said offer is acceptable to them.

In view of the above, the present appeal is disposed off and the appellant is awarded ₹50,000 over and above the amount already awarded by the Tribunal. Respondent No.4 is directed to deposit/transfer the said amount AMAN JAIN 2024.12.17 10:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

FAO-433-2017 (O&M) -2by way of NEFT/RTGS in the savings bank account of the appellant within four weeks from today.

Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to supply the savings bank account details of the appellant to the learned counsel for respondent No.4 forthwith so that the awarded amount can be transferred in time.
