(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.30 dated 29.04.2019 registered under Sections 21, 25, 29 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Special Task Force, District STF Wing (Mohali).

Learned State counsel submits that instant petition is not maintainable in view of the fact that petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender.

In view of above, petition is dismissed.
