(ORAL) Prayer in this first petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.158 dated 15.09.2021 registered under Sections 376(2)(n), 328, 384, 506 read with Section 34 IPC at Women Police Station Karnal, District Karnal. Learned counsel for the State has filed custody certificate dated 12.10.2023, which is taken on record, as per which the petitioner has been in custody as an undertrial for a period of 02 years and 23 days. After arguing for some time when this Court is not inclined to accord the benefit of regular bail to the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, at this stage.

Permitted to do so.
