***** RAJAN GUPTA , J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has instructions to withdraw this appeal. According to him, a compromise has been effected between the parties. According to same, 12 Kanals of land was to be transferred in the name of grandson of the appellant, which has been done. In view of the same, execution preferred by Simranjit Kaur (respondent No.1 herein) before the court below has been withdrawn. Aforesaid contention remain uncontroverted.

In view of the above, appellant's prayer for withdrawal of the present appeal is accepted. Same is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.
