The present regular second appeal pertains to the year 2019 and the same is still at the stage of preliminary hearing inasmuch as notice of motion is yet to be issued. The case has repeatedly been adjourned either on the request made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants or on the ground that no one appeared on behalf of the appellants. On 06.11.2024 Ms. Varsha Sharma, Advocate had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants and had sought time to file her vakalatnama. Till date vakalatnama on behalf of the appellants has not been filed. 2.

On 18.03.2025 no one appeared on behalf of the appellants and the matter was adjourned to today. Today again, despite the matter being called twice since morning, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present regular second appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
