The prayer made in the present petition is for quashing the impugned conditions imposed in appointment letters dated 23.07.2021.

Learned counsel submits that regarding the claim as raised in the present petition, a legal notice dated 06.06.2025, Annexure P-14, has been served upon respondents, however, the same has yet not evoked any response. He thus, on instructions prays that a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 4.

In view of the above and without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to decide the legal notice dated 06.06.2025, Annexure P-14, within a period of 6 MOHIT GOYAL 2025.07.22 12:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
