This order shall dispose of two appeals bearing LPA Nos.907 and 908 of 2015 as both are inter-related. However, for the sake of convenience, the facts are being extracted from LPA No.908 of 2015. Although learned counsel for the appellant has argued vehemently that the learned Single Judge has erred in passing the order dated 27.05.2015, but we have found that an innocuous order has been passed directing the Director, Women and Child Development Department, Haryana, to assign the duties of Anganwari Workers to both petitionerShakuntla and respondent no.1-Suman at all the centres, namely, Nayagaon,

The Director was given liberty that in case there are two active centres at Nayagaon and Khajpur, the the petitioner and respondent no.1 may not be assigned duties as Anganwari Workers in the Gurukul centre and also directed that the order of the Court be complied with within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of the order. In view thereof, there is hardly any reason for this Court to interfere in the well considered order dated 27.05.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge.

Dismissed.
