Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has produced a settlement deed signed by the parties in Court, which is taken on record, in terms of which the issues have been resolved. A total sum of ` 35 lacs is to be paid to the appellants, out of which ` 25 lacs has already been paid and ` 10 lacs is being paid today vide bankers cheque No.124979 dated 15.1.2018 drawn of State Bank of India, which has been handed over to learned counsel for the appellants in Court.

Learned counsel for the appellants does not dispute the aforesaid fact and stated that the appeal may be disposed of, as the dispute has been settled between the parties.

Ordered accordingly.
