(Oral)  (1) The instant appeal is directed against an interlocutory order dated 25.05.2015 whereby learned Single Judge has issued notice of motion in the writ petition for 27.11.2015 besides issuing notice re:

stay on appointment of Additional Deputy Commissioner, Bhiwani as the Administrator of the school. (2) Since the appellant has come up with a categoric plea that it is not an aided school and the Administrator could not have been appointed on the complaint made by a stranger who has no concern with the Trust and/or the Society who runs the institute, notice in this appeal was issued for the limited purpose as to why the date of hearing before the learned Single Judge be not V.VISHAL 2015.07.22 10:43 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

  

        preponed for the purpose of adjudication of ad interim stay matter.

(3) Learned counsel for the respondents fairly state that they have no objection against preponement.

(4) In this view of the matter, we modify the order dated 25.05.2015 passed by the learned Single Judge. While it will be subject to the convenience of the learned Single Judge to fix the next date of hearing in the main case, we request him to decide the ad interim stay matter on or before 07.08.2015. (5) Parties shall appear before the learned Single Judge on 23.07.2015.
