RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of the complaint case under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act bearing No.261, dated 08.04.2019 and order dated 19.04.2019, whereby the petitioner has been summoned to face trial by the trial Court at Pathankot, Annexure P-4, and all the subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under the law. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. August 31, 2024 ( RAJESH BHARDWAJ ) meenuss JUDGE 1.
