The petitioner has filed the present Civil Writ Petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India with a prayer to issue a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing of order dated 12.07.2022 (Annexure P-3) passed by respondent No.4, whereby the claim of the petitioner regarding the release of his retiral benefits have been withheld. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in fact all the retiral benefits have been released except full pension. However, he further submits that there is no difference as far as the amount of pension is concerned in regard to provisional pension or regular pension. Taking into consideration the above said facts, the petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition, at this stage.
