**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking quashing FIR No.178 dated 22.12.2023 under Sections 489, 411, 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Bhikhiwind, Tarn Taran (Annexure P-1/T).

At the very outset, on instructions from ASI Salwinder Singh, learned State counsel would submit that investigation is almost towards its conclusion and necessary final report as per law would be submitted within a period of 02 weeks from today and on that assurance learned counsel for the petitioner has no grievance left and prays for withdrawal of the same in the light of above.

Prayer is accepted.
