(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the legal notice, dated 23.04.2023, Annexure P-12, of the petitioners within a stipulated period and to direct the respondents to allot GPF Accounts instead of CPF Accounts. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to decide their pending legal notice, dated 23.04.2023 (Annexure P-12), in a specified period.
