As per the same, it has been claimed as under :- "That it is respectfully submitted that on 6.9.2023, the alleged detenue got herself medically examined, Jalalabad vide MLR No. 57/DM/JBD/CHC/2023 dated 6.9.2023. On receipt of said MLR at Police Station City, Jalalabad, statement of alleged detenue was recorded by the police wherein she categorically stated that accused Badal alias Jas committed rape upon her against her wishes at different places. As per said MLR and statement of alleged detenue, offence under Section 376 IPC and Section 6 of POCSO PARVINDER SINGH 2023.09.21 09:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document chandigarh

CRWP No. 8617 of 2023 2023:PHHC:123153 Act were added in the above noted FIR, vide rapat No. 35 dated 9.9.2023. Co-accused Ajay Kumar is yet to be arrested and the investigation of said FIR is still under process."

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
