As already observed in the previous order, the appeal was filed in the year 2017 and since then, it has not been taken up by the Court. Even, an observation was made in the said order that Registry is directed to inform learned counsel for the appellant about the date fixed. However, as per office report, learned counsel for the appellant has been informed about the date fixed, but however, none had made appearance on behalf of the appellant. The present appeal is qua dismissal of the claim petition. Seemingly, the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal. Hence, the same is hereby dismissed for want of prosecution.
