***** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J .(Oral) The petitioner has preferred this petition for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case bearing FIR No.216 dated 07.08.2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 323, 341 and 506 of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Uklana, District Hisar.

Vide order dated 17.09.2019, interim order was passed in favour of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Pardeep admits the aforesaid fact and states that presence of the petitioner is no more required in any further investigation of the case.
