After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the contents of the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. Annexure A-1 is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the better sense has prevailed and both the factions have resolved the dispute and effected a compromise Annexure A-1 and as such, he has no objection if RSA No.3407 of 2012 is permitted to be withdrawn.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the contents of the application, which is duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed.

RSA No.3407 of 2012 is permitted to be withdrawn. RSA-3407-2012 In view of the order of even date passed in CM-2202-C of 2015, the present appeal is pre-poned for today. In view of the compromise Annexure A-1, the appellants are permitted to withdraw the present appeal. Dismissed as withdrawn.
