Amol Rattan Singh, J (Oral) Pursuant to the order dated 17.09.2019, a report from the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, dated 04.11.2019, has been received. It is stated therein that the statement of respondent No.2 - Deepak Beri (i.e. the complainant in the FIR), was recorded on 09.10.2019, to the effect that the matter has been compromised between him and the petitioner, with the statements of respondent No.3 and of the petitioner also recorded to a similar effect.
