Vide order dated 15.12.2014, notice of motion was ordered but the appellant did not file process fee. On the next date i.e. 28.05.2015, none appeared for the appellant and it was directed that process fee be filed within one week. Again on the next date i.e. 09.02.2016, compliance of previous orders was not made and none appeared for the appellant. Appeal was adjourned and counsel for the appellant was directed to file process fee within one week. Again as per the report, process fee has not been filed. None has appeared for the appellant, despite repeated calls since morning. Dismissed due to non-appearance of counsel for the appellant and also for non-compliance of orders dated 28.05.2015 and 09.02.2016.
